Kralnor 2?

Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006

Kralnor was an unsuspecting level 11 warlock who ventured onto the forums and posted this message in the summer of 2005:

I dont like to stress the fact that the warlock rocks, but he jus does. So, for all you staff users out there, feel free to come in and post, my staff is a good one, but here is how it goes

1. post message in the room

2. LOOK IT OVER

3. dont report anything, i might get in trouble 🙂

and 4. Have fun!!!

The thread errupted into one of the first “legendary” threads on the world of warcraft forums. Among WoW forums readers, Kralnor holds the same level of status as Leeory Jenkis. The Book of Kralnor and a mirror of the original thread provide more insight into Kralnor.

Kralnor’s teachings remained dormant for over a year, but they have recently resurfaced in the form of Pand, a level 22 orc warrior. He recently asked an encoded question on the WoW general forums:

Is 20dmg for the hit like 30dmg if hunter is?

No paladin for party, camp spot site with 30 dmg, but is it for 20 like 30 dmg when you no hit be it for dd, for 30 dmg instead? or half is 10 for 20 dmg?

Which was followed up by…

UMM HOW i word this…

ok

u take 20 dmg no shooting for 30 dmg if hunter, so divide 2 u dont shoot, u get 10 but for hunter it no 30, so 20 would be for hunter if u werent a paladin?

And as a last effort to explain his question:

ok let no say this again once…

U have 20 dmg, u shoot 30 dmg, but if ur not hunter, u want HALF, with no time reload, so u get 10. but, BUT, u want no paladin since ur shooting, so its 30 dmg or 10?

What message is Pand trying to deliver? We may never know.

WoW Update

My new guild, Irony, is progressing a long nicely. Last night we got Twin Emps to 1% (!!). I was promoted to member status earlier today, so I’m no longer an app =D. Tonight we got both Anub and Razuvious in one night. I smashed the healer meters on Anub, but died really early on Raz, so I’ve got a picture of last week’s Razuvious to show what could have been:

And, Oakenfold continues to attract attention:
